Just thought you'd like a peek at the antique church pew I was given. After the needed repairs, we'll use it along the wall next to our dining table. There are never enough chairs for all of us!

Treasure hunting
Family History work has become a passion of mine. I only wish there was more time for me to spend on it! In the summer of 2007 the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints started an indexing project to translate census, marriage and other records into a computer database so that individuals can freely search for information on their ancesters. It has been my privilege to look over numerous pages of records and get a glimpse into the lives of many precious families. As of May 2008, I have indexed over 17,000 names and will continue to participate as long as there are records to index. You can volunteer at www.familysearchindexing.org .
